The Wired Homeschool

Podcast and Blog

John Wilkerson combines his 20+ years of professional experience in the computer industry and 17 years of homeschooling his children with his wife to give parents easy to understand advice on using technology for homeschooling.

The Wired Homeschool provides practical advice for homeschooling parents who use technology as part of their homeschooling. Topics include STEM education, responsible Internet use for families, and how to apply the use of digital devices and media to homeschooling.

John Wilkerson

John Wilkerson loves gadgets and other geeky things (like Star Wars, Doctor Who, and bacon) and sometimes wishes he could homeschool on the holodeck of the U.S.S. Enterprise.

In the spaces between working full-time, being a husband and father, struggling to follow God, and fixing stuff around the house John tries to find time for his hobbies: podcasting, blogging, social media, backyard astronomy, and coaching soccer.
