Podcast and Blog

From July 2010 to July 2019, John Wilkerson published The Wired Homeschool and provided practical advice for homeschooling parents who used technology as part of their homeschooling. Topics included STEM education, responsible Internet use for families, and how to apply the use of digital devices and media to homeschooling.

In mid-2019, John decided to end this podcast after nine years. What remains is an archive of previous episodes and blog posts.

John Wilkerson

John Wilkerson loves gadgets and other geeky things (like Star Wars, Doctor Who, and bacon) and sometimes wishes he could homeschool on the holodeck of the U.S.S. Enterprise.

In the spaces between working full-time, being a husband and father, struggling to follow God, and fixing stuff around the house John tries to find time for his hobbies: podcasting, blogging, social media, backyard astronomy, and coaching soccer.
